Developed and established a cationic polyacrylamide production line with an annual output of 600 tons;
2007
The transformation of the production equipment and production process of the 600 tons/year cationic polyacrylamide production line was completed, fully realizing the production of large reactor polymerization, colloidal particles, and automation, making the product quality more stable.The performance of the product has reached the level of similar products, and the production capacity of cationic polyacrylamide reaches 1,000 tons;
2009
The third expansion of production, the addition of an automated cationic polyacrylamide production line, greatly enhanced the production capacity of cationic polyacrylamide products, with a production capacity of 3,000 tons, and various models of independently produced products are widely praised;
2012
The fourth production expansion was carried out, and anionic polyacrylamide and non-ionic polyacrylamide production lines with an annual capacity of 17,000 tons were put into operation. The company's total annual output reached 20,000 tons.
2015
The fifth production expansion was carried out, and a new 24,000 tons/year cationic polyacrylamide was put into production. The company's total annual output will be close to 40,000 tons.
2017
In order to meet greater opportunities and challenges, our factory is actively preparing to build a new factory, expanding its scale by 2-3 times, and its annual output is expected to reach 50,000 tons.
2020
The new factory area is officially put into production, expanding the scale by 2-3 times, using fully automated production equipment, with an annual output of over 50,000 tons.
2023
Our factory’s cation production line will be fully upgraded, greatly improving the output and product performance.
