JN02 pour point depressant
Introduction
JN02 pour point depressant is primarily composed of a grafted polymer and a surfactant. It is used to reduce the pour point of waxy crude oil. During the extraction and transportation process, wax in the crude oil precipitates, reducing its fluidity. Wax crystals condense and deposit on pipe walls and bends, increasing the conveying pressure and even causing pipe blockage. Pour point depressant has multiple functions, including dissolving wax, preventing wax from forming, and lowering the pour point of crude oil.
The dosage of this product is generally 0.1-0.8%, which can reduce the pour point by more than 10°C and reduce back pressure by more than 0.3 MPa, effectively solving the problem of low-temperature transportation.
